It's Feb 2008 are any credit card companies offering a 0% APR on purchases?

I’m seeing which alot of credit label companies have been not charity 0% upon purchases rsther than they have been charity 0% upon change transfers as well as money advance. This is not what we wish since change transfers as well as money allege come with the fee.

Anyone know who is still since 0% upon purchases.
